BLASTING DUST SUPPRESSION

Accompanied by blasting, a large amount of smoke and dust will be generated, seriously polluting the environment. Due to its large scale, high intensity, and fast dispersion speed, its governance is difficult.

High-pressure water spray to eliminate blasting smoke technology is to use safety gas to generate high pressure, to achieve a range of more than 100 meters of water mist spray, through remote control of the sprayed water mist, the blasting smoke and dust to achieve synchronous coverage, by the water mist water particles (linear 100μm ~ 500μm) adsorption of smoke particles (0μm ~ 100μm), and then achieve the elimination of blasting smoke. It is a revolutionary breakthrough different from the use of mechanical dust removal technology such as air compressors and water pumps.

Compared with the existing water-sealed gun holes, on-site water explosion, dust suppression vehicles, etc., the dust collector independently developed by EIRMON has incomparable advantages in spray distance, water mist coverage, dust elimination effect, cost, site operability, safety and other aspects. This technology does not use mechanical rotating parts such as air compressors and water pumps, avoiding the constraints of high electrical power consumption, high-pressure seals in mechanical rotation, wear maintenance, etc., and the working pressure can be as high as 7MPa or more, and water mist injection of more than 100 meters can be achieved.

The technology is applied to the blasting of open-pit mines, urban demolition and blasting, and the elimination of blasting smoke and dust in underground projects. Because it can achieve ultra-far and ultra-high water spray, it can also be applied to fire extinguishing of high-rise buildings, urban landscape fountains, etc., and its application prospects are very broad.
